BT Adastral Park

Smart spaces for smarter work: Changing facility upgrade at BT Adastral Park

We successfully delivered a full turnkey installation of new changing room facilities at BT’s live site in Ipswich. The project encompassed a complete HVAC refurbishment along with extensive internal upgrades at Adastral Park - BT’s renowned research and development centre, set in 100 acres of landscaped surroundings near Martlesham Heath, Suffolk.

BT required a full redesign and refurbishment of its existing changing room facilities to meet modern standards of hygiene, accessibility, and energy efficiency. The work had to be completed without interrupting the use of the on-site gym, a key amenity for staff. To ensure continuity, we installed high-quality temporary facilities, allowing operations to continue seamlessly throughout the programme.

The completed facility now offers a clean, modern, and inclusive environment that aligns with BT’s commitment to staff wellbeing and sustainability. This project enhanced both the visual appeal and operational performance of the space, all while maintaining the full functionality of adjacent facilities.
